I've been so busy with work that I haven't had time to update the blog recently... This photo of my Nutcracker collection was taken last year. I got out my little white Christmas tree and put some of my new plush ornaments on it already. My Nutcrackers are still in my doll case, but I will get them out soon...

What is your tradition for decorating in your house? Do you put up decorations before or after Thanksgiving? I know most people start putting things up the weekend after Thanksgiving. Some like to do it a bit before, so they have time to enjoy everything. I don't really like to put things out too early... as I'm still enjoying the pumpkin decorations for Thanksgiving. I kinda wish that Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas were spread out a little bit more, so that everyone can enjoy each one more. Not that, that idea would ever be possible... but it would be nice.

I've been playing farmville on facebook for a few months now and I enjoy when they come out with new things for the holidays... For halloween they had pumpkins, tombstones, bats, spider webs, and haunted houses... so far for Thanksgiving, they have a thanksgiving table, turkeys, maple trees and piles of leaves you can get. It's really fun to build your farm, grow plants or flowers and watch them grow. As cheesy as it seems, I enjoy playing this little game to relieve stress :)

there are lots of fun games on facebook now... this one is a new game by the same people that made farmville. you grow little fishies by feeding them... if you don't feed them or give them love, they will die! once they get to the adult stage, you can sell them for money and xp points... pretty fun and addicting!! your friends can be your neighbors and you can send tank decorations to each other.
